Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK will be making a long-awaited return to Malaysia in 2026 as part of their upcoming ‘DETOX’ Asia Tour, marking another major milestone for both the band and their Malaysian fanbase.
The last time Malaysian fans had the chance to see ONE OK ROCK live was in 2023, during the band’s ‘Luxury Disease’ tour, which played to a sold-out crowd at the same arena. That show saw 10,000 tickets snapped up within just 24 hours, underscoring the group’s massive popularity and cementing their place as one of the most in-demand live acts in the region. ONE OK ROCK announces 2026 show in Malaysia as part of ‘DETOX’ Asia Tour
The ‘DETOX’ Asia Tour will launch in Bangkok on 21 February 2026, before making its way through Seoul, Manila, Singapore, and Taipei. Following their Taipei concert, ONE OK ROCK will head to Malaysia for a one-night-only show in Kuala Lumpur, before continuing on to Hong Kong, Shanghai, and concluding in Jakarta. With multiple two-night shows in key cities, the scale of this tour speaks for the band’s ability to draw crowds across Asia. The official tour poster also teases the possibility of additional dates, hinting that even more surprises may lie ahead for fans.
The Malaysian leg of the tour is set for 29 April 2026 at the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, the very stage where ONE OK ROCK last performed for local audiences during their sold-out 2023 concert.
While details on ticket pricing for the Kuala Lumpur concert are still under wraps, anticipation is already running high. For context, tickets for their 2023 ‘Luxury Disease’ show ranged from RM199 to RM599 across seven categories, and fans can expect similarly tiered options once sales open.
With their blend of high-energy rock anthems, heartfelt ballads, and charismatic stage presence, ONE OK ROCK’s return promises to be one of the most talked-about live music events of 2026 in Malaysia.
