Negeri Sembilan Government should not enact laws or regulations by forcing owners of pets to spay female dogs.
The new ruling of the state government of Negeri Sembilan is to spay female dogs if they want to renew their licence even if the dogs are pets kept at home. This does not apply to other pets like stray cats or pet cats.
The objective is to eliminate and eradicate dogs from the surface of Negeri Sembilan ultimately. The reasons or excuses given are that they are fierce and can bite others, claiming dog kept as pets are ending in the street as strays.
These are lame excuses to eliminate dogs which are God's creation not man's creation. There will be chastisement awaiting for such laws. Any laws against God's creation intended to eradicate and eliminate dogs is against creation. Man decides, God decides, who ultimately decides?
People are taken off guard when they go to renew the licence. Are there any other agenda hidden in this heinous crime against dogs? Why other pets like cats, especially strays which create nuicense in residential areas are not meted similar harsh treatment?
It is a chastisement against the creation because it seems to have a hidden agenda to eliminate dogs ultimately as all female dogs get spayed.
Decent human beings must arise against such barbaric laws which against God's creation, before God's chaisticement descends upon those responsible.

I call upon the Negeri Sembilan Government to reconsider to revoke or remove laws of spaying against dogs kept as pets. This is a humane approach towards God's creation.
