The Theory of Microvita Explained in Layman’s English.

Think of Microvita as tiny invisible "life seeds" that run everything in the universe. They are like hidden software code that tells energy how to become matter, life, and thoughts. Who came up with this?

P.R. Sarkar introduced the word Microvitum on December 31, 1986. It means "tiny life". His main point was simple. Regular science studies only physical things we can measure. But it misses the living intelligence underneath that shapes energy into real structures. Microvita is the missing link between mind and matter.

What exactly is Microvita? They are alive: Not just energy or ideas. They are actual living units. They are born, they multiply, and they die. They are incredibly small: Much smaller than atoms. P.R. Sarkar said millions of Microvita makes up just one electron.

They sit between mind and matter: Finer than atoms, but not as fine as thoughts or feelings. They move freely and fast: They travel through the whole universe faster than light. They pass through planets, stars, sound, light, and even ideas. Nothing blocks them.

The 3 kinds of Microvita. Sarkar grouped them by how "dense" they are and what they do:

Physical Microvita

These interact with matter. We may detect them someday with advanced lab tools. They are connected to viruses and helped form the first living cells.

Mental Microvita

These work in the mind. You cannot catch them with machines, but you feel them as moods and thoughts. They carry ideas, emotions, and urges.

Spiritual Microvita

These work at the highest level. They help with spiritual growth, activate energy centers like chakras, and expand human awareness.

Good, bad, and neutral Microvita

Microvita act like tiny messengers that shape our health:

Good Microvita: Help growth and balance. In the body they boost immunity, heal cells, and fight disease. In the mind they create love, creativity, and noble thoughts.

Bad Microvita: Cause decay and sickness. They are linked to viral outbreaks, cell breakdown, and negative states like greed, anger, or depression.

Neutral Microvita: Keep things stable. They hold basic matter together without pushing it to grow or break down.

How did life begin? Standard biology says life started by chance from a soup of chemicals and carbon. Microvita theory says that cannot work. Carbon alone cannot create life. Instead, Microvita acts as organizers. They take raw energy and arrange it into atoms, then molecules, then DNA, then living cells. So Microvita is the true "carriers of life" that seed it across the universe.

Why this matters for the future, Sarkar predicted a "Microvita Age" that would change science:

New medicine: Instead of only using harsh drugs to kill viruses, we will use good Microvita to neutralize bad Microvita. This could treat physical and mental illness more naturally.

Human upgrades: By attracting good Microvita through meditation, spiritual practice, and healthy living, regular people could speed up their mental and physical growth. New physics: Some researchers think a Microvita view could help explain odd things in quantum physics, like wave particle duality.

The main takeaway

Microvita theory says the universe is not dead stuff. It is full of countless tiny living units that build everything from atoms to thoughts. If we learn to work with them, we could unlock new health, new tech, and a new way to understand reality.

So, Microvita is like nature’s secret helpers. They’re too small to see, but they’re everywhere, working in your body, your feelings, and the world around you. They connect your mind to your heart, your thoughts to your actions, and you to everything else. The more we learn about them, the more we realize: life isn’t just in big things we can see, it’s also in the tiniest, invisible sparks that keep everything growing, healing, and glowing.
