Nothing.

There will be no change in the Federal Government.

The unity government will still continued to govern.

The present unity government comprised of Pakatan Harapan, BN, GPS, GRS and Warisan.

On 9 Aug 2023, the Deputy Prime Minister the most senior East Malaysian leader in the federal government, publicly announced that GPS and GRS are committed to the unity government in line with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s decree for the country to have a strong and stable government.

With this reaffirmation, it put to the rest and debunked the claim by the PAS President that with some MPs from UMNO and from Sabah and Sarawak, PN would be able to replace the present Madani government if they were to win the elections in the 6 states on 12 Aug 2023.

Todate, 148 MPs, which is 2/3 of the total number of MPs, signed their support for the unity government.

The PAS President said originally in Nov 2022, there were 10 to 15 BN MPs who wanted to support PN to form the government but were threatened.

Assuming if these 15 BN MPs were to leave and support PN after the 6 states elections as the PAS President confidently predicted, the unity government still has the support of 133 MPs, not 2/3 but still commands a majority of support.

Thus, the claim of a change of government at the Federal level is a non starter and should not be even discussed and countered by those in the unity government.

It is just an unnecessary side distraction from those who have absolutely zero ideas on how to manage and tap into the strength and diversity of this country.

MPs should be reminded that during his Royal Address for the first meeting of the second term of the 15th Parliament sitting in Feb 2023, the YDP Agong had expressed his hope for the current government to remain until the end of its term.

The YDP Agong also said the political crisis that happened for almost four years could have been prevented if the MPs and politicians in the country are able to set aside their differences and unite solely on the basis of protecting the country and its people's interest.

Thus, any continuous talks by the opposition politicians some MPs that are supporting the present unity government will be switching their support to them post the elections in the 6 states appears to disrespect the wish and hope of the YDP Agong that was delivered to all the 222 MPs in Feb 2023.

How would those MPs, if any, that planned to switch their allegiance post the elections in the 6 states to PN, respond to the YDP Agong who, under the Federal Constitution required him to appoint a prime minister from among the Members of Parliament who have gained a majority support?

The ordinary rakyat would love to witness and see the faces of these MPs when they faced with the YDP Agong who will seek their reaffirmation in person on their allegiance as he has done in Feb 2020 and Aug 2021?

Should the present unity government is to continue governing the country barring any gymnastic interpretation of the constitution and the anti hopping laws, the ordinary rakyat is hoping that post the election in the 6 states, the present unity government will walk the talk in their fight against corruption.

During the campaign period, PM10 has consistently raised the issue of those who stole from the public coffers for which he said is something that he will not be able to forgive.

Since he said he has seen the files and evidence, PM10 should thus walk the talk post the election.

Start criminal proceedings against each of them immediately. Not a day should be wasted.

PM10 has the support of a majority of the ordinary rakyat in this.

The ordinary rakyat has had enough of this and has reached the end of their patience with politicians and their cronies continuously stealing from the public coffers thus depriving the country and the people of their rightful development and earnings.

Monies stolen from the public by the politicians and their cronies and the elitists should be returned to the country for the benefit of the ordinary rakyat as soon as possible.

To the ordinary rakyat, the act of quickly reclaiming the monies stolen from the public coffers, monies that dutifully and rightfully belongs to the country and the ordinary rakyat is not just to save the country but also to save all the races in this country, particularly the poor Malays.

It should be a no holds barred against all those who stole from the public coffers.

Let this be a lesson and deterrence for the young and future leaders of this nation that it does not pay to steal from the public coffers.

The ordinary rakyat expects nothing less from PM10 in recovering monies from those who stole from the public coffers previously.

Anything less will only show that PM10 is cut from the same cloth as all his predecessors.

A PM that talks only.
