Kota Kinabalu: Even orangutans are feeling the heat in the current hot weather and one goes viral helping itself to cool drinks from a fridge in Sepilok, Sandakan.

The video shows an orangutan being an unexpected customer at Keruing Café at the Rainforest Discovery Centre (RDC).

“Due to the extremely hot weather today, an unexpected guest dropped by and helped (itself) selectively with whatever it found in the fridge and left without paying!” said Arthur Chung, the Forest Department’s deputy conservator, in a Facebook post.

He credited the video to Welfred Yudot (Gwell) of RDC.
