Osian Roberts has been named Como caretaker coach.
Former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder Cesc took charge of Como earlier this season, stepping up from his sporting director post.
Cesc has now brought Roberts to the Serie B club to work as caretaker coach. The Spaniard will act as his assistant.
Roberts, 58, has been out of work since leaving Crystal Palace alongside boss Patrick Vieira in March 2023.
He will act as caretaker manager until a permanent appointment is made, at which time he will work as Como's head of development.
