This data was reported by Datuk Razali Kassim, Chairman of the Pahang Works, Transport and Health Committee, in response to inquiries made by Datuk Wong Tat Chee, a member of the Pahang State Legislative Assembly, regarding accident statistics and hotspots along the LPT1. Razali stated that while there are no designated blackspots on LPT1, there are a number of areas where accidents happen often. image is not availableimage is not available“Improvement measures have been taken to reduce the risk of accidents at such locations, including at Kilometre (KM) 238.7 (westbound) and KM87 (westbound),” he said in a Bernama report.Furthermore, Razali confirmed that the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) utilizes the Malaysia Highway Road Accident Analysis & Database System (MHROADS) to perform annual analyses to pinpoint accident-prone areas.
