Kota Kinabalu: Sabah business owners will have an opportunity to examine the operational framework behind scalable enterprises when Owners Circle Academy (OCA) hosts an exclusive seminar at the Daily Express Gallery on Friday, 9 October.
Titled "People + Process = Profit", the three-hour programme follows a strong response to the academy's earlier session in the state capital, prompting organisers to schedule an additional run.
The workshop will be conducted by OCA founder Ray Chou, an entrepreneur with 30 years of commercial experience across 19 ventures and over RM150 million in business valuation exits.
Chou is scheduled to address core components of sustainable enterprise growth, focusing on organisational hierarchy, operating systems, and profit models, alongside common structural bottlenecks that limit revenue expansion.
The content is tailored specifically for company founders and directors who manage day-to-day operations and face challenges converting top-line growth into bottom-line profitability or managerial autonomy.
"Most owners don't have a hard work problem. They have a structure problem. Until you can see the structure, you keep solving the same problem in a different costume," Chou said.
The session will run from 9am to 12pm, with attendance restricted by venue capacity.
Admission is priced at an early bird rate of RM38 plus SST.
