Jose Mourinho has admitted that he had a chat with attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen before leaving him out of the team to face West Ham United.
Spurs emerged with a win after a nail biting finish, getting a 3-2 result that propelled them up the table.
But Eriksen did not start, and Mourinho admits he conversed with the Dane about the game and his future at the club.
Mourinho also joked that the conversation was heard by Amazon, given Spurs are taking part in a documentary that will air on the company's Prime streaming service at the end of the season.
"I'm not going to tell you what we said. Just me and him and Amazon," Mourinho told reporters on Monday.
"He's committed, loves the club and is one of us."
