TAWAU: The Sabah Information Department has taken the initiative to promote the Central Database Hub (Padu) system at the grassroots level.
Sabah Information Director Jainisah Mohd Noor said the Padu system will facilitate the government in managing and disbursing aid or contributions to the people.
“Home visits such as what we are doing now could more clearly explain to the people the advantages, benefits, and importance of the Padu system,” she said during a promotional programme in Kampung Tanjung Batu Laut.
“Similar programmes are conducted in all Sabah Information Department branches in the State, in cooperation with the Statistics Department, to ensure people are aware of Padu.”
