Agent Silvio Pagliari is backing Juventus to enjoy a revival this season.
Pagliari believes new Juve sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli can make a difference.
He told Il Resto del Carlino: "The team that has moved better? Milan have made shrewd choices even though I hadn't previously understood the departure of Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.
"For the Scudetto race, however, I suggest Napoli, Inter and attention to Juventus."
On the new Juventus, Pagliari added: "The Bianconeri will not have the European cups and furthermore the new sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is not only a friend of mine, but he is a real top performer."
