Flamengo's highly-rated midfielder Matheus Franca is being linked with two Premier League clubs.
Both Crystal Palace and Chelsea are chasing the 19-year-old Brazilian talent.
Per The Mail, the two London clubs are hoping to convince Flamengo to sell for a reasonable fee.
The Brazilian club are seeking at least 22 million if they are to part with their talented midfielder.
While a move to Chelsea would appeal, Franca would recognise that establishing himself in the club's first team would be difficult.
A move to Palace may be more sensible, as he would be a regular starter this coming season.
