MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is well and healthy, Malacañang said Saturday, dismissing rumors that the Chief Executive had been rushed to a hospital.

Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said that Marcos was even working this weekend, including a private meeting with the Presidential Management Staff (PMS).

"The President was in a private meeting with PMS this morning. He is well, healthy, and working even on a Saturday," Castro said in a statement amid claims online that the president was brought to the St. Luke’s Medical Center.
