Guests can also enjoy Kambing Briyani, slow-cooked lamb served with aromatic biryani rice and Ayam Kapitan Nyonya, a creamy, tangy chicken dish infused with traditional Nyonya spices.
Other highlights include Ketam Sambal Serai Pedas, spicy crab infused with fragrant lemongrass sambal and Daging Dendeng, tender, caramelised beef with rich spices.
