KOTA BELUD: The Sabah Government is committed to ensuring that Phase 1B of the Pan Borneo Highway project is implemented by awarding all the remaining 19 work packages this year according to the initial plan, said Deputy Chief Minister III Datuk Shahelmey Yahya.

The Sabah’s Public Works Minister said that the procurement method is by open pre-qualification.

“Only companies that qualify are invited to participate in the second stage tender. This will reduce the time to process and evaluate," he said.
