
The Haryana Government on Monday ordered the transfer of six IAS and 18 HCS officers with immediate effect in a fresh administrative reshuffle.
A 2013-batch IAS officer has been posted as Special Secretary, Secretariat Establishment, besides being appointed Director, Environment and Special Secretary, Environment, Forests and Wildlife Department.
Among the key postings, 2016-batch IAS officer Dr Harish Kumar Vashishth has been appointed DC of Panipat, while his batchmate Dr Jatinder Singh Chhilar has been posted as Palwal DC.
The government has also posted 2019-batch IAS officer Samwartak Singh Khangwal as Administrator, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Faridabad.
Among younger officers, 2022-batch IAS officer Shashwat Sangwan has been appointed CEO, Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority and Additional Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department, in addition to his present charge as Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban).
His batchmate Utsav Anand has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Palwal.
Among the HCS officers, Manish Kumar Lohan has been appointed Additional Director, Civil Aviation.
Ruchi Singh Bedi has been posted as Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner (Administration) in addition to her existing responsibilities as Additional Director, Housing for All, and Additional Mission Director, Mukhya Mantri Antyodaya Parivaar Utthaan Yojana.
Ashutosh Rajan has been posted as Additional Director, Development and Panchayats.
