PAPAR: The people in Sabah are once again dealt with a bombshell – costlier driving licence starting July 1.
Papar MP Ahmad Hassan said the absence of quick action by the authorities on this matter would bring hardship to the people.
“With this development, I am afraid more people, especially the youths, will drive without licences and this should be avoided,” he said.
