
PAS Negeri Sembilan pledges to play a constructive role in the state administration after winning four constituencies.
SEREMBAN: PAS Negeri Sembilan has pledged to play a constructive role in the state administration alongside Barisan Nasional (BN) after securing victories in four constituencies in the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election.
Its state commissioner, Mohd Fairuz Mohd Isa said the victories in Serting, Paroi, Bagan Pinang and Ampangan carried a significant responsibility, which the party was committed to fulfilling with integrity and dedication.
He also thanked voters for their support and confidence in PAS and Perikatan Nasional (PN) during the state election.
“PAS Negeri Sembilan extends its highest appreciation and gratitude to all voters who gave their support and trust to PAS and PN in the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election,” he said in a statement today.
Mohd Fairuz said PAS would continue to serve as a responsible representative by championing the welfare of the people, safeguarding the interests of religion, the community and the state, while ensuring the people’s voices are represented in the Negeri Sembilan State Legislative Assembly.
He also expressed his appreciation to party machinery, election workers, volunteers, supporters and members from assisting states for their dedication and hard work throughout the campaign period.
