- Upon the flight's arrival, Greater Manchester Police officers found Mr Kerr unresponsive and administered CPR before he was taken to hospital, where he died on Tuesday.
- Greater Manchester Police are investigating the events that occurred on the flight prior to their arrival.
- The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is also conducting an independent investigation into the police's contact with Mr Kerr, treating officers as witnesses.
