Chelsea signing Christian Pulisic admits his breakthrough at Borussia Dortmund still has him pinching himself.
However, speaking to the official Chelsea FC website, he has revealed that he was surprised to be given a first-team chance at such a young age.
He said: "Dortmund was the first professional environment I was in. I had been in an academy back in the US, but it was a big step. I looked up the history and knew about Dortmund as a club and their trust in young players, and I just felt it was a great chance for me.
"I could not believe how fast I was able to make it there, and they trusted me all the way, so I was very pleased."
