Sabah Head of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin and consort Toh Puan Norlidah R.M Jasni attended the Aidilfitri open house of the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) Sabah Contingent in Kota Kinabalu, on Friday.

Juhar and Norlidah, accompanied by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor and wife Datin Seri Juliah Salag, visited 18 stalls that were opened representing departments and District Police Headquarters (IPD) throughout the State.

The open house was entertained by local artists with musical accompaniment by the Sabah IPK Police Combo under the leadership of Inspector Wilbono Zain.

Among them were Sabah legend singer, Abu Bakar Ellah, and RTM Star Champion 2016, Rosario Bianis, as well as Sabah TYT Secretary of Relations, Datuk Rashid Mohd Tahir, with the song “Joget Kak Lima” and Tun Juhar’s daughter, Datin Al Hanna Surya, with “Rindu”.Also present were State Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Arifin Mohd Arif, State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew, State Assembly Speaker Datuk Seri Kadzim M. Yahya, State Secretary Datuk Seri Sr Safar Untong and Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Jauteh Dikun.
