Nottingham Forest great Stuart Pearce has left the door open to a return to the City Ground.
Pearce and Forest has always maintained good ties.
Pearce told Nottinghamshire Live: It's probably not something I've ever really thought of and I'm busy with what I'm doing at this moment in time anyway. I've always been open to helping the football club, that's the bottom line.
"It meant a lot to me this football club and it it still does.
"It's not lost on me how supportive the football club and how supportive the fans are and have been not just when I was there as a player, but beyond that, even now. To answer your question I think they're surviving nicely on their own two feet but who knows what's in the future?"
