Kota Kinabalu: Frequent rescheduling of flights has significantly affected passengers’ travel plans and work arrangements, said the Sabah Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Satta).

Its Chairman Dato’ Seri Winston Liaw urged the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) to be proactive in improving the situation.
