PENAMPANG: The Penampang Development Plan that is being drafted by the Sabah Institute for Development Studies will enable development allocations to be channelled to Penampang more easily, said Penampang MP Datuk Ewon Benedick.
The Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister said it would in turn make it easier to empower entrepreneurship in Penampang and transform the district into a digital-based entrepreneurship hub.
“Penampang must have an organised development plan that is accepted by the Government as well as presented and agreed on at the Penampang District Action Committee level.
