Previously, a doctor had been remanded for four days after allegedly behaving inappropriately toward a 21-year-old woman who came to a hospital for a heart examination.
He allegedly asked her to remove her clothing, and she complied, assuming it was part of the standard operating procedure (SOP) for the check-up, as reported by Sinar Harian.

He’s being remanded again for a similar case
However, the same doctor has recently been remanded again to assist in an investigation involving a similar case with another woman at a clinic.
It is understood that the suspect is a full-time forensic doctor at a government hospital but also works part-time at the clinic.
Northeast District Deputy Police Chief, Superintendent Lee Swee Sake, stated that the arrest of the civil servant was based on a report from a 30-year-old local woman at 10:16 PM on March 4 (Tuesday).
According to him, the woman claimed that the suspect behaved inappropriately toward her during her visit to a private clinic in Pulau Tikus, Penang.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the incident occurred at 6:30 PM on June 28 last year when the woman visited the clinic to get her blood test results.
“The woman met the suspect, who was on duty as a doctor in the treatment room. He then tricked her into removing her shirt and jogging in place, claiming it was part of a medical procedure,” he explained.
Swee Sake added that the suspect is also believed to have taken photos of the woman’s body using his phone during the examination.
“The 43-year-old local suspect was arrested at the Northeast District Police Headquarters at 9:15 PM on March 6 (Thursday). He has been remanded for four days starting today until March 10 (Monday) for further investigation,” he added.
