Kota Kinabalu: Pensiangan PKR Division Chief Raymond Ahuar has reported a State Assemblyman’s suspected misuse of power to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) believed over a 320-acre land application in Nabawan.
Without disclosing further details, Raymond said he leaves it to the MACC to conduct a transparent inquiry and take appropriate action against those involved, regardless of rank or affiliation.
He also filed a police report against those who he claimed made defamatory statements about the Prime Minister, those alleging that by withholding punishment from the PKR, the Prime Minister is shielding the guilty.
