KUALA LUMPUR – Perikatan Nasional candidate Datuk Azman Nasrudin is expected to win Kedah’s Padang Serai parliamentary seat with a comfortable majority of more than 10,000 votes.
His supporters have also taken to the streets to celebrate although the official result is yet to be announced.
Of the 233 ballot boxes, 203 have been opened as of 10.20pm.
The unofficial result showed that Azman was leading with 43,448 votes, followed by Pakatan Harapan’s Mohamad Sofee Razak (30,484). – The Vibes, December 7, 2022
