Kota Kinabalu: Melalap Assemblyman Datuk Peter Anthony said among the topics discussed during the visit of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim here last Monday was the proposed establishment of a special secretariat in Sabah.
He said the creation of the special secretariat is meant to appoint or propose leadership at the State level that all parties in Sabah can play a role together.
“The move will also help stabilise the economic and political position at the Federal level,” he added.
Expressing full support to the Prime Minister’s recommendation for a unity government to be established in Sabah, the Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (Parti KDM) President said Anwar’s advise will help resolve the political crisis in Sabah.
