Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony believes he can sell Ronnie Edwards for mega money.
Tottenham and Chelsea have been linked with the defender this season.
MacAnthony told Football.London: "He's ice cold. I know some people like to point out his flaws, but show me a 19 year old who doesn't have them. Ronnie is so good that wherever he goes he will be a success.
"We have received bids, because the buying clubs know that you can earn more than 40 million from him in a few years. Average centre-backs can be sold for 60m.
"Ronnie is being sold, and in two and a half years he will be sold for 60-70 million pounds, such is the current market for young centre-backs."
