Kota Kinabalu: A Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (PGRS) leader suggested that the Deputy Chief Minister III quota be given to senior party leaders who have been serving for a long time, enabling them to serve the people more effectively.
PGRS Sukau Division Deputy Chief, Azman Mastar, said the position should not continue to be retained by Datuk Shahelmy Yahya who is not a party member at the moment and that the position should be offered to a leader who is a member of the party, especially PGRS.
He said this is a reality where it is necessary to be brave to make changes in line with the current political situation in addition to giving confidence to the people in the stance of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) government at this time.
