PETALING JAYA: PH GE15 candidate for Padang Serai M. Karupaiya has died.
His death was confirmed by PKR colleague and incumbent Kangar MP Noor Amin Ahmad.
Noor Amin said PKR was told by Karupaiya’s family that the latter was hospitalised for a fall and subsequently died.
PKR secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said Karupaiya’s death was a “great loss to the party”.
