Philippine Airlines prices an additional $50M 5-year senior notes

MANILA, Philippines — After Philippine Airlines on Friday announced an additional pricing of $50 million five-year senior notes following its successful $300 million 5-year senior unsecured, guaranteed bond offering earlier in the month.

"Philippine Airlines, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Primero Agila Limited, a Cayman Islands exempted company, has priced its additional fixed-rate $50 million 5-year senior notes to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing $300 million, 7.75 percent senior notes due 2031 issued on July 16, 2026," parent company PAL Holdings, Inc. said in its disclosure.

PAL Holdings, Inc. added that the said notes will be settled on August 6 and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Philippine and Air Philippines Corporation and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
