AMID the ongoing challenges of Malaysia’s unpredictable weather, Muhammad Hafizi Hafiz Roslan, the unfortunate victim, surveyed his car’s condition following extensive damage caused by flash floods in Kampung Kubu Gajah, Shah Alam.
