LABUAN: The requirement for non-Sabahans to fill a form in order to enter Sabah via the ferry terminal will not go down well with many here.
Sabah PKR Sec-Gen cum Labuan Chairman Simsudin Sidek said there are many Sabahans in Labuan with children born after the island became Federal Territory and their FT-Issued MyKad would denote the digit “15” which is different from these born in Sabah which has the digit “12”.
Besides, there is also the alphabet “H” at the right hand corner of a Sabah-issued MyKad and its “K” for Sarawak. This was to distinguish further the Sabah MyKad from other States.
