PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) has expanded its open toll payment system, JustGO, to six more toll plazas in the Southern Region, allowing more highway users to pay tolls through automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) technology.

The expansion began at 10am today and covers toll plazas along the Seremban-Port Dickson Expressway (SPDH), North-South Expressway (NSE) and Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Expressway (LINKEDUA).

The newly activated toll plazas are:

  • Mambau and Lukut Toll Plazas on SPDH
  • Kempas Toll Plaza on NSE
  • Tanjung Kupang, Lima Kedai and Perling Toll Plazas on LINKEDUA

No need for specific lanes with JustGO

PLUS said the expansion marks another step in introducing Malaysia’s first open toll payment system based on ANPR technology within the highway industry. Registered JustGO users can now enter and exit through any available lane, without having to use specific lanes based on their existing payment method.

The system uses ANPR cameras to scan registered vehicle number plates and process toll payments through a payment card linked to the JustGO application. Users only need to download the app, register their account and vehicle details, and link a payment card to start using the service.

JustGO was first introduced through a public pilot project at nine toll plazas along the NSE route between Hutan Kampung and Sungai Dua in January 2026.

The system was later expanded in June to the Jitra Toll Plaza on NSE, as well as the Lunas and Kubang Semang Toll Plazas on the Butterworth-Kulim Highway (BKE).
