Prime Minister Ismail Sabri has officially announced that Parliament will be dissolved effective today (Oct 10), paving the way for the 15th General Elections to take place within the next 60 days.

In a special address to Malaysians at 3pm today, Sabri said that the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah had given his consent to dissolve Parliament.
