SIPITANG: The Sabah Retired Educators Association (PMPS) members visited the home and grave of the late Zara Qarina Mahadir to express their sorrow and support for the grieving family.
Its President Dr Aslie Sahat and the 14-member delegation also presented a contribution to Zara’s grandfather, Haji Hashim Ag Tuah, who expressed gratitude for the concern.
Dr Aslie said the visit was also to show the family they are not alone in facing the loss.
“Zara Qarina was a polite and well-loved child. We pray that her soul is placed among the children of paradise and the family is given strength,” he said.
Also present were PMPS Deputy President Hussin Basir, Secretary-General Alli Majittaba, Treasurer-General Agku Jiar Pg Duraman, Assistant Secretary-General Dr Kassim Buntak and several Supreme Council members.
