Zul, not the full name of the content creator (#Merdeka23) posted on TikTok an audio/video (1.39 minutes). It is a snapshot summary with graphic illustrations of the differences between PMX Anwar and Muhyiddin.
The following is the English translation:
1. Muhyiddin's name is fake. His real name is Mahiaddin.
Anwar never used a fake name. Muhyiddin’s name is already a lie.
2. Muhyiddin became a PM with a treacherous path.
Muhiyiddin became a PM through the backdoor Government in the Sheraton Move.
3. In Parliament, Muhyiddin was afraid to face a vote of confidence.
Whereas Anwar introduced a vote of confidence and won the MP's trust.
4. Muhyiddin closed the parliament for months to avoid discussing public expenditure during 17 months as PM.
Anwar gave a chance to any MP to ask questions about public spending.
5. During Muhyiddin’s tenure, the economy worsened and declined, investment was reduced, and the inflation rate increased.
Anwar has only been PM for 8 months. Malaysia's performance and economic growth were among the best in Asia, while inflation declined and investment increased.
6. During Muhyiddin’s era, the Government failed to control the price of essential goods: Expensive chicken prices, cooking oil and eggs were unavailable in the market.
During Anwar’s time: Reduced chicken prices, cheaper cooking oil and eggs were made available.
7. Muhyiddin’s time, Malaysians faced tough times, lost their jobs and increased suicide rates.
Anwar’s time, the Rahmah Initiative helped reduce prices and introduced programmes to help the people out of poverty. People’s problems were solved.
8. Muhyiddin spent RM 38 million to repair the Prime Minister’s residence when there was no need for repair, and no one stayed there.
Anwar converted the PM's residence to a place of learning religious studies.
