PNB Securities Inc. has partnered with Manulife Investment Management and Trust Corp. to expand its lineup of unit investment trust funds (UITFs), adding new investment products to its distribution platform.
“This partnership reinforces our strategic focus on enhancing our investment solutions and creating long-term value for our clients,” PNB Securities President Manuel Lisbona said.
“By collaborating with Manulife Investments Philippines, we are broadening our product suite and strengthening our role as a key player in the wealth management market,” he added.
Manulife Investments President and CEO Aira Gaspar said the collaboration aimed to expand access to investment products for clients of PNB Wealth Management.
“Our strategic partnership with PNB Securities reflects a shared commitment to broaden investment choices that deliver enduring value for investors,” Gaspar said.
Under the partnership, PNB Securities, working with PNB Wealth Management, will distribute UITFs offered by Manulife Investments, broadening its range of investment products available to clients.
UITFs are pooled investment funds managed by trust entities and invested in various asset classes, offering investors access to professionally managed portfolios.
Manulife provides a range of UITFs, including income-focused and multi-asset strategies designed to deliver potential recurring income and long-term capital growth.
Manulife Investments Philippines operates as a trust corporation licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and is part of Manulife Philippines.
