Former Zenit St Petersburg striker Pavel Pogrebnyak admits he's a fan of Erling Haaland.
Pogrebnyak believes the Manchester City striker will be a candidate for this year's Ballon d'Or.
He told KP: "A clean striker, scored the most. What about (Kylian) Mbappe? (Leo) Messi is also unclear. I don't know who will receive the Ballon d'Or.
"In Borussia, he proved that he is not a player of one season. He scored as much as he wanted. Now too. I am sure that he will continue to score more than 40 goals per season.
"He is certainly more coordinated (than me). These are fantastic volley goals. No, Haaland is a modernized version of me."
