
SEMPORNA: The district police called in the parents of a 12-year-old boy, who was found dumping rocks, logs and nails on the road.
District Police Chief, Supt Mohd Sabri Zainol, said police received a report on January 19 stating that while heading for Tawau Airport from Semporna, the complainant saw some objects on the road at KM20 along Semporna-Tawau road.

“However, no accident happened as the complainant and other tourist bus drivers removed the objects to avoid any untoward incident.

Mohd Sabri said police had called in the parents and the kid to be given advice so as to monitor their children’s activities.
