Police chase attempted murder suspect through golf course in wild dashcam video

An attempted murder suspect led police on a wild chase through an Ohio golf course.

Bodycam and dashcam footage released by Ohio State Police shows officers pursuing the suspect, who had fled from Canton Police and US Marshals on Tuesday (7 July).

Troopers unsuccessfully tried to stop suspect Julius Edwards but he did not comply, and a pursuit ensued.

Footage of the chase went viral last week when it was filmed by shocked golfers on the course.

Edwards is wanted over the stabbing of a woman on July 7.
