PETALING JAYA: Police are investigating an incident involving a 14-year-old boy driving a car with two younger children around a housing area in Sepang, Selangor.
Bukit Aman traffic investigation and enforcement department director Yusri Hassan Basri said they have identified the parents of the teen and that they would be summoned for further investigations, Bernama reported.
A video showing a member of the public stopping the Perodua Viva driven by the teenager had gone viral earlier. The two children in the front passenger seat are believed to be his siblings.
In the video, the car can be seen going over a speedbump before the woman recording the video told the teen to stop.
