KOTA KINABALU: The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) prioritises public service over personal promotion, said Bukit Aman Special Branch Deputy Director I Datuk Ahmad Ramdzan Daud.

He reminded that police officers serve the community as a whole and are not to use social media platforms such as TikTok Live or Facebook for self-promotion while on duty.

Ahmad Ramdzan made the remarks during the passing out parade for 200 recruits of the Police Basic Training Programme (PLAK) Constable Batch 78 Series 5/2025 at the Kota Kinabalu Police Training Centre (Pulapol KK).
