SEMPORNA: Police arrested three men and seized more than 20kg of Syabu worth RM1 million in a morning raid at the public jetty, here, on January 3.
District Police Chief Superintendent Mohd Farhan Lee Abdullah said following a public tip off, a police team from the Bum Bum Island Police Station and Semporna Crime Investigation Division carried out observation in the said area at 6.30am.
"The seized drugs were believed meant to be distributed to a neighbouring country," Farhan said.
