PENAMPANG: Politicians should avoid making enemies with civil servants if they wish to advance, according to Associate Professor Dr Ramzah Dambul, Chief Executive Officer of the Institute for Development Studies (Sabah),
“Do not interfere with the work of civil servants. As politicians, you should make good policy and let the civil servants implement it,” he said at a forum on “Sabah Politics and Economy” at the ITCC Mall, here, Saturday.
