Kota Kinabalu: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Sabah is strongly focused on implementing Prime Minister cum Party President Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s core agenda of poverty eradication through a unified front to take on the next State polls.

“The Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition in Sabah remains firmly committed to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s top priority of eradicating poverty,” said Sabah PH Chairperson cum Kota Kinabalu PKR Branch Head Datuk Christina Liew.

Speaking on the sidelines of a virtual celebration of PKR’s 25th Anniversary National Convention and Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, Liew commended the Prime Minister’s speech highlighting his determination to tackle the poverty issue through concrete policies.

“For years, Malaysia has been led backwards due to corruption, failing to make progress on poverty eradication. We want to see firm policies set and implemented resolutely, because this is what the people want,” Liew said.
