Chelsea boss Graham Potter fears his training sessions are not having the desired effect for one reason.
The recently installed Blues coach is already in trouble, given the club's miserable run of form.
Chelsea were beaten 2-0 by Tottenham in the Premier League at the weekend and sit in 10th place.
Per The Mail, Potter believes he has far too many senior players at his disposal.
Having such a bloated squad means his training sessions are not as effective.
He is used to working hands-on with his players, and he cannot even play his usual 11 v 11 training games as it would mean several first teamers sitting out entirely.
