The Premier League fully believes there is no conflict of interest between Chelsea and Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Pro League have been scooping up several players from the Blues this summer.

Edouard Mendy, Kalidou Koulibaly, and N'Golo Kante will all play in the Middle East next term.

Hakim Ziyech is another who is moving to the Pro League, while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could also join him.

Per The Telegraph, a look into PIF's involvement in Clearlake Capital reveals there is no significant conflict of interest.
