Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim brought the Central Zone Madani Rakyat programme to a close at the Kuala Selangor Sports Complex. The event, which ran from Friday at 9 am to 10 pm, was part of the Madani Government One Year Programme. This initiative serves as a platform for the public to access 163 federal government, state, and related agencies' services.

Accompanied by Agriculture and Food Security Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu, Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari, and Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad, the Prime Minister delivered a message during the ceremony. He later engaged in a Malaysia Madani Dialogue Session with attendees.

Anwar also shared the stage with nine-year-old Maliha Aafiya Abdul Halim to officially conclude the event. In a heartwarming moment, the Prime Minister invited Maliha to join him, declaring, "With this, I and Aafiya officially declare the Central Zone Madani Rakyat programme closed, can Aafiya say with this...," to which Maliha Aafiya responded, “With this, I and Tuk Anwar officially close the Central Zone Madani Rakyat.”

Throughout the programme, visitors had access to various services, including Mega Madani and Agro Madani Sales, the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) traffic summons compound reduction counter, and the Road Transport Department (JPJ) mobile service for driving license renewals. Additionally, the event featured exhibitions of government assets, mobile services like examination and dental treatment, a blood donation campaign, recycling services, massage therapy, cosmetology services, and job open interviews.

The Central Zone Madani Rakyat programme aimed to facilitate easier access to government services and provide a platform for the community to engage with various agencies. The Mega Madani and Agro Madani Sales offered opportunities for the public to explore and purchase products, while the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) traffic summons compound reduction counter aimed to assist individuals with traffic-related issues.

Furthermore, the Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR) registration counter was available for those interested in the cash contribution program. The Road Transport Department (JPJ) mobile service provided convenience for visitors to renew their driving licenses, and the helmet exchange program aimed to promote road safety.

In addition to these services, the event featured an exhibition of government assets, showcasing the resources available to the public. Mobile services such as examination and dental treatment were also provided to attendees, along with a blood donation campaign to encourage voluntary blood donations.

The programme also included services like recycling, massage therapy, and cosmetology, catering to various needs of the community. Job open interviews were conducted to provide employment opportunities for those seeking work.

Overall, the Central Zone Madani Rakyat programme served as a comprehensive platform for the public to access government services, engage with agencies, and participate in various activities aimed at improving their well-being and quality of life.

The Central Zone Madani Rakyat programme concluded with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim's closing remarks, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in enhancing public access to government services and promoting community engagement. The event's success was evident in the diverse range of services provided and the active participation of visitors.

As the Prime Minister officially closed the programme with Maliha Aafiya Abdul Halim, the spirit of collaboration and community involvement was palpable. The event not only provided practical assistance but also fostered a sense of unity and shared responsibility among participants.

Moving forward, similar programmes and initiatives are essential to continue bridging the gap between the government and the public, ensuring that services are accessible and responsive to the needs of the community. The Central Zone Madani Rakyat programme serves as a testament to the government's commitment to serving the people and promoting a more inclusive and participatory society.
